Originated in Canada, "Box" lacrosse is played in a roller hockey rink, 5 vs 5 in addition to a fully padded goalie in a 4' x 4' goal.
Box is fast-paced and when played properly there is a heavy emphasis on various concepts; stickwork, finishing, teamwork, physicality and transition.
As these directly translate to the field game, our coaches will work with players to develop and enhance the necessary skills to excel throughout our programs.
Box is the best way to sharpen your skills before the Spring season!
The format for the league will be combination of box skills training and actual games in teams.
*Team rosters for games will be a mix of players from all local schools*
