Every player/parents must sign electronic COVID Waiver during registration.
Players will be screened before every practice
Temperatures (no touch) will be taken prior to practice or an event. Players will be sent home if their temperature is greater than or equal to 100.0 degrees Fahrenheit.
We will send home any player who has any of the following signs or symptoms of possible COVID-19: Cough - Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing - Chills - Repeated shaking with chills - Muscle pain - Headache - Sore throat - Loss of taste or smell - Diarrhea - Fever.
Although we will ask, we need every parent to ensure your child is healthy prior to showing up for practice.
If you are not feeling well it MUST be communicated (call) prior to practice or an event. Don't show up to discuss in person.
If you have symptoms you will need to isolate for 14 days and be referred to a physician if signs/symptoms worsen.
May return earlier than 14 days if he provides written clearance by a physician.
Participants should be encouraged to use cloth face coverings. All participants are required to wear a mask when entering and leaving the facility.
Require all players to wash or sanitize their hands before entering the field.
Players must practice social distancing and keep equipment bags at least 6 ft. apart
Every player MUST have their own mask, hand sanitizer, and filled water bottle (at least 32 ounces/1 Liter). There will be no sharing of water bottles so, bring enough to last.
